Single-platform content automation pricing: pick one platform and start there.
The Single-Platform System is $500, one-time, for one platform and one clearly defined workflow. Choose any one of eight: a LinkedIn profile, a LinkedIn company page, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, Medium, Substack or X. Website blog writing and website SEO are quoted separately.
What the Single-Platform System costs.
It is the first rung of the ladder: one platform, one main workflow and one primary output type, built on a knowledge and voice reference sized for that one platform. The price covers the build, the testing on your own material and the handover.
- What it covers
- One platform, one main workflow and one primary output type
- How you start it
- A short prompt, a form, a source document or a scheduled trigger
- What it checks
- Output formatting and basic quality checks before anything reaches you
- Included
- Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
- After that
- Optional One-Platform Care at $250 a month, or nothing at all
- One-time setup
- $500, a starting price for a defined scope
Choose it when you want one workflow working reliably before you expand. Add a second platform later and the system becomes the Two-Platform System at $750, reusing the knowledge and voice reference already built. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.
Pick any one of these eight platforms.
Each one is a complete one platform content system at the same price. Open a platform to see how we work there, what it allows, and what the system builds for it.
The same price for each, because each is one platform and one workflow.

See its pricingA LinkedIn profile and a LinkedIn company page count as two platforms, because a person and a company speak in different voices. Either one is a single-platform setup on its own.
What one platform includes, and what it does not.
A focused setup is honest about its edges. These are the baseline inclusions, and the things that are scoped and quoted on their own if you need them.
One knowledge and voice setup
Sized for the agreed scope, from material you supply or approve
One repeatable workflow
Clear inputs, instructions, an output format and quality checks
Tested and handed over
Run against agreed examples, documented, then walked through with you
Scheduling
Through a supported scheduler, where the platform and your account allow it
Unlimited revisions or a full SEO strategy
Scoped and quoted on their own if you need them
Several unrelated workflows
Each added platform moves the system up the ladder
Paid API usage, ongoing content management and complex multi-step publishing sit outside the setup too. Each can be added in your proposal, and none is ever folded in quietly.
Why website blog writing and website SEO are quoted separately.
Both are website work rather than one platform’s feed, and both grow with your site. So neither is on the ladder, and neither is the $500 setup.
Website blog writing
- Researches your focus keywords and the gaps in your market
- Writes detailed articles with titles, descriptions and on-page checks
- Priced on the research depth and the number of articles
Website SEO
- Audits the technical and on-page health of the whole site
- Maps the keywords you rank for and the ones you miss
- Priced on the size of the site, its CMS and the fixes
Each is quoted in writing after a short discovery call: see website blog pricing and website SEO pricing. Combined with other platforms, either one is scoped as a custom Content OS.
Questions about single-platform content automation pricing.
How much is the Single-Platform System?
$500, one-time, for one platform and one clearly defined workflow. It is a starting price for a defined scope, and it includes three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered.
Which platforms can it cover?
Any one of eight: a LinkedIn profile, a LinkedIn company page, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, Medium, Substack or X. Each is the same price, because each is one platform and one workflow.
Is a website blog or website SEO a single platform?
No. Website blog writing and website SEO are quoted separately, after a short discovery call, because the work depends on your site, its CMS and how much research it needs. Neither is the $500 setup.
Can I add a second platform later?
Yes. The second platform reuses the knowledge and voice reference already built, and the pair becomes the Two-Platform System at $750. We scope the new workflow and quote the addition before we start.
Does it publish for me?
It depends on the platform. Instagram and X can be scheduled through Publer where your account allows it; a LinkedIn profile and Reddit are drafts a person posts. The publishing method is chosen per platform, never forced.
What do I need to give you?
The material your expertise lives in, such as past posts, documents, call notes or recordings, and the platform you want to start with. How access and accounts are handled is on the pricing page, under what you own.
