X content automation pricing, for posts that teach before they sell.

An X content system is $500, one-time: the Single-Platform System. It is Twitter content automation done inside X’s own rules: the system drafts educational posts and threads in your voice, adds a promotional post once or twice a week, and schedules them through Publer. Replies and conversations stay yours.

What an X system costs.

X is one platform, so it is the Single-Platform System. The price covers the drafting workflow, the record of your voice, and the Publer connection that schedules the posts.

What it builds
A workflow that drafts posts and threads in your voice, from your knowledge
How it publishes
Scheduled through Publer, which connects through X’s own API
Long posts
Posts beyond the standard length need X Premium on your account
Included
Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
After that
Optional care from $250 a month, or nothing at all
One-time setup
$500, a starting price for a defined scope

X pairs well with a Substack newsletter, because a thread is often the short version of an issue. The pair is the Two-Platform System at $750. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.

Mostly educational, as on Medium and Substack.

We suggest X follows the same rule as Medium and Substack: teach most of the time, and promote once or twice a week. People follow an account for what they learn from it, and scroll past one that is always selling.

Educational posts Most days

Threads that teach A few a week

Promotional posts Once or twice a week

Relative, not measured

A short educational post is the easiest thing to read on X and the easiest to share. Threads go deeper for the readers who want more, and a promotional post lands better after a week of both.

Every post is drafted from your own knowledge and voice, the same way a personal LinkedIn content system learns how you write, then cut to X’s shorter length.

What X allows you to automate.

X’s automation rules allow scheduled, informational posts and forbid most automated engagement. The system is built inside those rules, which is why it schedules and never interacts.

  • Scheduled informational posts

Allowed through X’s own API, which is how Publer connects

  • Threads and media

Scheduled through Publer, with images, video or a poll

  • Reposts

Allowed for informational purposes; bulk or aggressive reposting is a violation

  • The same post on several accounts

Duplicate or substantially similar posts are not allowed

  • Automated likes or replies

Automated likes are banned, and keyword-triggered replies are not permitted

  • Automatic posts about trending topics

X does not allow automated posting about trending topics

X also forbids “non-API-based forms of automation, such as scripting the X website”, and its rules say these “may result in the permanent suspension of your account”. The system only ever uses Publer’s API connection, and anything that looks like a conversation is left to you.

What n8n, Zapier and Make can do on X.

Only one of the three still connects to X, and it can do more than X allows.

Zapier’s page for its Twitter integration says it “has stopped working (effective August 31, 2023)” after X changed its API policy and pricing. Make’s 2025 release notes record its X app as “removed due to API policy and pricing” on 3 April 2025. n8n’s X node still works: it can create, reply to, delete and search posts, and like and repost them.

Two of those actions are ones the system never uses. X’s rules say you “may not like posts or hide replies in an automated manner”, and its API changelog records that likes, follows and quote posts “have been removed from all self-serve tiers”. Posting itself is billed per request on X’s API pricing page, where a post containing a link costs more than thirteen times a plain one. That meter applies to anyone posting through a developer account of their own.

Questions about X content automation pricing.

How much does X content automation cost?

$500, one-time, as the Single-Platform System. That builds the drafting workflow, the record of your voice and the Publer connection that schedules the posts. A Publer plan, and X Premium if you want long posts, are paid to those companies, and three months of maintenance are included.

Is it allowed to automate posting on X?

Yes, for scheduled informational posts through X’s API, which is how Publer connects. X does not allow automated likes, keyword-triggered replies, duplicate posts across accounts or automated posts about trending topics, so the system does none of those.

Will the system reply to people for me?

No. X does not permit automated replies triggered by keywords, and AI reply bots need X’s prior written approval. Replies are where an account earns its reputation, so they stay yours.

What should I post on X?

Mostly educational posts and threads that teach something in your field, with a promotional post once or twice a week. People follow an account for what they learn from it.

Can it post long-form on X?

Publer can schedule long posts, but posts beyond X’s standard length need X Premium on your account. Threads are the usual alternative and need nothing extra.

Is this the same as Twitter content automation?

Yes. X is the platform formerly called Twitter, and the same system covers both names: drafted posts and threads, scheduled through Publer, inside X’s current rules.
