YouTube content automation pricing, for everything on the content side.

A YouTube script system is $500, one-time: the Single-Platform System. It takes care of the content side of a channel: new video ideas, the research, an outline and a script in the format your channel already uses. Thumbnails and carousels for YouTube can be added. You record and upload.

What a YouTube system costs.

YouTube is one platform, so topic research and scripts are the Single-Platform System. Thumbnail making and carousels are visual production, so they are scoped and priced in your proposal on top.

What it builds
Ideas, research, an outline and a script for each video, in your format
Visual work
Thumbnails and YouTube carousels, scoped and priced in the proposal
How it hands over
Scripts delivered by email or to your workspace, ready to record
Included
Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
After that
Optional care from $250 a month, or nothing at all
One-time setup
$500, a starting price for a defined scope

Publishing a video is not included unless it is scoped. YouTube’s API can upload and publish a video, and its upload reference warns that one sent with no privacy setting “defaults to public”, so when the upload is scoped it goes up private and a person makes it public. Otherwise recording and uploading stay with you or your editor. Paired with LinkedIn, YouTube scripting is the Two-Platform System at $750. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.

Everything on the content side, in one folder.

For each video, the system produces a folder you or your editor can work from. It starts from one prompt, an idea or just a topic, and fills in the rest.

  • next-video/ One folder per video, from one prompt
  • ideas.md New video ideas, ranked by fit with your channel
  • research.md Sources, facts and the questions viewers actually ask
  • outline.md The structure, matched to how your videos run
  • script.md The script, written in your format and voice
  • thumbs/ Thumbnail concepts and finished designs, where scoped
  • carousels/ Image carousels for YouTube posts, where you want them

Everything except the camera and the upload

The script follows the format you already make. If your videos open on a question, run in parts and end on a summary, the scripts do too. We study your best videos before the first script, so the system writes for your channel instead of for YouTube in general.

Using AI to write scripts and find ideas needs no disclosure on YouTube: its help page on disclosing altered or synthetic content lists using AI “to create or improve a video outline, script, thumbnail, title, or infographic” among the things creators don’t have to disclose. The rule covers realistic synthetic media, such as a real-looking person or an event that did not happen, and the thumbnails stay on the right side of that line too.

Where the hours in a video go.

Much of the time in a video goes before the camera is switched on. That is the part the system takes, so more of your time goes into recording.

Relative, not measured

In a video scripted by hand, a lot of the time goes on the work in the middle of that picture. The system does that work from your prompt and your channel’s history, and hands you a script you can read on camera.

Ideas come with it. The system keeps a running list of new video ideas drawn from your audience’s questions and your past topics, so the next video never starts from a blank page. The full method is on our YouTube content system page.

What n8n, Zapier and Make can do on YouTube.

All three can upload and update videos. The script, the part this system is priced for, is the one thing none of them writes.

n8n’s YouTube node can upload, update, rate and delete videos and manage playlists. Zapier’s YouTube app has Upload Video, Update Video Thumbnail and Add Video to Playlist, and can start a workflow on a new comment. Make’s YouTube app uploads a video, updates its details, sets a thumbnail and watches for new comments.

The limits are generous for one channel. YouTube’s quota page gives a project 100 video uploads a day, 100 searches, and 10,000 units for every other call. The label is part of the API too: an upload can carry a containsSyntheticMedia setting, the API’s form of the disclosure for realistic AI content.

What stays with you is the part a viewer can tell: recording, watching the cut before it goes public, and the replies under it.

Questions about YouTube content automation pricing.

How much does YouTube content automation cost?

$500, one-time, for topic research and scripts for one channel, as the Single-Platform System. Thumbnails and carousels are visual production, so they are scoped and priced on top in your proposal. Three months of maintenance are included.

Do you make thumbnails?

Yes, where they are scoped. Thumbnail concepts and finished designs are visual production, so they are quoted in your proposal instead of being included in the script price.

Can you make carousels for YouTube?

Yes. Image carousels for YouTube posts can be added to the scope, built from the same research as the video so the two support each other.

Will the scripts sound like my channel?

That is what the format study is for. We watch your best videos before the first script, write down how they open, run and close, and the system writes to that format.

Do you upload the videos?

Not unless it is scoped. YouTube’s API lets a workflow upload a video, so uploading can be added; it goes up private and a person makes it public after watching it. By default, recording and uploading stay with you or your editor, who already hold the final file.

Do I have to disclose that AI helped with the script?

No. YouTube says that using AI for productivity, such as scripts, ideas or captions, needs no disclosure. Its rule covers realistic synthetic media, like a real-looking person or an event that did not happen.
