What we actually build.
We design two Operating Systems — Content OS and Business OS — plus a set of extensions that plug into either one. Every system is custom-built for how your business actually works: no templates, no assumptions. And we build the automations that run underneath them with modern AI tooling — Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, Make.com — chosen to fit your stack, not ours.
Content OS
Turn what you know into a content engine that runs without you. Content OS isn't a calendar, a scheduler, or an AI writing tool. It's a complete system that organizes your knowledge, sets your strategy, builds your workflows, and produces content that educates, builds trust, and attracts the right clients — built for founder-led businesses with real expertise who want content to work consistently without consuming the team. Nine components make up every build.
Knowledge Architecture
The foundation. We organize your expertise into knowledge pillars, content clusters, and a clear hierarchy so everything is findable and every piece connects to something larger. Without it, content is random. With it, content compounds.
Deliverable: Knowledge architecture with pillars, clusters, hierarchy, and categorizationContent Strategy
What you create, who it's for, what it achieves, and where it lives. We define your audience, map content to each stage of the client journey, choose the channels, and set the measurement framework — so every piece has a purpose and a goal.
Deliverable: Strategy with audience definitions, content map, channel plan, and KPI frameworkCreation Workflows
How content actually gets made. We design a repeatable workflow for every format you produce — roles, steps, templates, prompts, review, and publishing — so your team follows the process without constant oversight and spends its energy on quality, not mechanics.
Deliverable: Workflow documentation with templates, prompts, and standard operating proceduresSearch Optimization System
Visibility built into every level, not bolted on after. Keyword research tied to your knowledge architecture, on-page standards, technical setup and schema, content scoring before publication, and GEO principles that prepare your work for AI search and citation.
Deliverable: SEO system with keyword research, optimization standards, and monitoringDistribution System
Content no one sees may as well not exist. We design the distribution — email, social, search, partnerships — and the repurposing workflows that turn one piece into several, so your work reaches the right people through the right channels.
Deliverable: Distribution system with channel strategies, automation, and repurposing workflowsMeasurement Dashboard
What gets measured gets improved. We track the metrics that signal real business impact — performance, rankings, audience, and conversion — not vanity numbers, and build in review cycles so the system improves on a schedule instead of by accident.
Deliverable: Dashboard with KPI tracking and a documented review processTool Configuration
We choose, configure, and connect the tools your system needs — CMS, email, project management, analytics, and AI-assisted writing — based on what fits your team, not on partnerships. Then we document the setup so everyone knows how each tool supports the whole.
Deliverable: Configured tool stack with integration and administration documentationTeam Training
Your system is only as good as your team's ability to run it. We train everyone who operates the Content OS — written docs, video walkthroughs, and live sessions — then hold a support period while your team builds the confidence to run it independently.
Deliverable: Training sessions, a documentation library, and a support periodImprovement Framework
A system that never changes eventually fails. We build in review cycles, performance analysis, and a clear way to know what to improve next — so your Content OS evolves as your business grows. Continuous improvement is designed in, not added later.
Deliverable: Improvement framework with review cycles and an optimization processBusiness OS
Give your team the structure to operate without you in the room. Business OS turns undocumented processes, scattered tools, and knowledge trapped in people's heads into one clear system — so decisions stop bottlenecking on you and nothing depends on memory. It's for growing businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc operations and need structure to scale without breaking. Eight components make up every build.
Knowledge Management
One place for everything your team needs to know — expertise, processes, policies, and references — structured for search and easy to maintain. Your team finds answers without asking you or digging through chat history. It becomes the single source of truth.
Deliverable: Centralized, searchable knowledge baseProcess Documentation
Every recurring process written down clearly and consistently — onboarding, delivery, invoicing, client communication, quality review. Each includes purpose, inputs, steps, outputs, and standards, so new people follow them immediately and everyone can improve them.
Deliverable: Documented processes for every recurring operationRole Clarity Framework
A clear account of who does what — responsibilities, decision authority, key relationships, and success metrics for every role. No ambiguous handoffs, no tasks falling through the cracks, no two people quietly doing the same job. It's the base for accountability.
Deliverable: Defined roles with responsibilities and decision authorityTool Stack Architecture
We audit your tools, cut the redundancies, and configure what remains to work as one system across project management, communication, storage, CRM, and reporting. Where it helps, we add AI agents and automations built with Claude Code and n8n that run on your infrastructure.
Deliverable: Rationalized, integrated tool stack with documentationDecision Framework
A structured way to make decisions that removes bottlenecks. We define what can be decided at each level, what information each decision needs, and when to escalate — so your team acts with confidence and you only weigh in where your judgment is genuinely required.
Deliverable: Decision framework with authority levels and escalation pathsCommunication Standards
Clear expectations for how your team communicates — meeting protocols, async guidelines, client standards, feedback and documentation norms. Standards reduce ambiguity, improve collaboration, and make remote and hybrid work far more effective.
Deliverable: Internal and external communication standardsPerformance Measurement
Metrics that tell you whether the business is healthy and improving. We define the indicators for each area, build the dashboards that make them visible, and set the review cadence — so you see how things are performing without digging through spreadsheets.
Deliverable: KPI dashboards with a defined review cadenceTraining & Handoff
Full training on every part of the system — documentation, workshops, and a support period — so your team runs it without us. Your independence is the goal. You own the system entirely.
Deliverable: Trained team, documentation, and a support periodThe automation that runs underneath.
Both systems run on custom automation. We build it with tools like Claude Code and n8n — AI agents that handle repetitive work, workflows that connect your apps, and instruction files that encode your business rules. We're tool-agnostic: if Zapier or Make.com fits your stack better, we use that instead.
AI Agents
Custom agents that handle specific jobs — content research, data processing, drafting responses, generating reports. Each one works within rules you define and the tools you already use.
Workflow Automation
Multi-step automations built with n8n or Make.com that connect your apps, move data, and trigger actions — from a simple two-step integration to a complex branching workflow that removes manual handoffs.
Claude Code Systems
Code-based automations built, tested, and deployed with Claude Code. We write scripts that automate repetitive tasks, transform data, and integrate your tools in ways off-the-shelf software can't.
Claude.md & AI Configuration
Instruction files that define how AI works inside your business. We encode your rules, knowledge, and processes so AI tools operate within your parameters — not against them.
Extend your Operating System.
Extensions plug into either Content OS or Business OS to add capability. Each is custom-built to fit inside your overall system, not stapled on beside it.
Website Design
Your website should be the digital headquarters of your Operating System — not a brochure, not a template. We design and build custom sites that express your brand, organize your knowledge, and turn visitors into conversations. Typography-driven, built from scratch, and made for search visibility from day one.
It becomes the hub of your Content OS: where your best work lives, where visitors learn what you know, and where qualified leads start talking to you. It works with your domain and your analytics.
Integrates with: Content OSCRM Integration
Connect your Operating System to your sales pipeline so qualified leads move from reading your content to talking to your team. Automated lead capture from content interactions, scoring based on engagement, follow-up sequences, and sales intelligence that shows what a prospect has already learned before the first call.
Integrates with: Content OS, Business OSWorkflow Automation
Automate the repetitive processes inside your system — content publishing, email sequences, reporting, task assignment, client onboarding. We build automation that works within your existing tools, and document every piece so it stays under your control. Automation handles the predictable so your team keeps the creative and strategic work.
Integrates with: Content OS, Business OSHow we build your Operating System.
Every engagement follows the same four phases. Scope and timeline vary with your needs, but the structure stays the same — and you approve each phase before the next begins.
Discovery
We learn how your business actually works. Stakeholder interviews, a current-state audit of your content, processes, and tools, a look at your market and competitors, and an audience analysis. We synthesize it into a report with findings and recommendations that you review before anything moves forward.
Week 1–2 · Output: Discovery report with findings and recommendationsDesign
We design the system on paper first — knowledge architecture, strategy, workflows, tool stack, measurement, and guidelines — and document it as a blueprint. You review every component. Nothing gets built until you approve the design.
Week 3–4 · Output: System blueprint with all design componentsBuild
We build it. Knowledge base, workflows with templates and automation, tool configuration, launch content, dashboards, and any website extension — tested component by component. You see progress in weekly updates and can give feedback throughout.
Week 5–12 · Output: A fully built and tested Operating SystemHandoff
We hand it over. Training on every component, a complete documentation library, and a support period while your team finds its footing — plus a review after the first thirty days of real use. You own it, you run it, you improve it. You should never need us to keep it running.
Week 13–14 · Output: Trained team, documentation, and an independent systemContent OS or Business OS — which do you need?
They address different parts of your business. You might need one, the other, or both. Here's how they compare.
| Dimension | Content OS | Business OS |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Turn knowledge into consistent content that attracts clients | Organize operations for clarity and team independence |
| Best for | Founder-led businesses with expertise to share | Growing businesses with operational complexity |
| Key outputs | Knowledge architecture, strategy, workflows, SEO system, distribution, measurement | Knowledge base, process docs, role clarity, tool architecture, decision framework |
| Typical timeline | 8–12 weeks | 10–14 weeks |
| Team involvement | Content team, subject-matter experts, founder | Department heads, operations team, founder |
| Extensions | Website design, CRM integration, workflow automation | CRM integration, workflow automation |
Do you need both?
Most engagements start with one system and add the other later — the two are designed to work together. Content OS feeds your website and generates leads; Business OS gives your team the operational clarity to serve them well. With both in place, you have one Operating System covering external content and internal operations alike.
How an Operating System pays for itself.
A system is an investment. Here's the logic of how it returns that investment — not a promise of numbers, but the mechanics of where the value comes from.
Time returned
Every workflow, template, and prompt removes the friction of starting from scratch. The hours your team pours into planning and reworking drop, and that time goes back to the work only they can do. The math is easy to reason about: multiply the hours a repeatable system saves each week by what that time is worth.
Consistent output
A system with a clear strategy and quality standards ships steadily instead of in bursts. Consistency is what compounds into search visibility, trust, and qualified leads — far more reliably than the occasional piece that happens to land.
Team independence
With clear roles, documented processes, and decision frameworks, your team acts without waiting on you. You stop being the bottleneck for routine decisions and get your attention back for the ones that genuinely need it.
Knowledge that stays
When knowledge lives in a system instead of in people's heads, it survives turnover. A documented operation is an insurance policy against the real cost of losing someone who knew how everything worked.
Which one is right for you?
A quick way to place yourself. Most businesses start with one and add the other later.
Choose Content OS if
- You have genuine expertise that should be shared as content
- Your content output is inconsistent or exhausting for the team
- You want to attract clients through valuable content, not advertising
- You want your knowledge discoverable through search and AI
- You're tired of depending on agencies for content production
- You have at least one person dedicated to content
- You want your expertise turned into a client-acquisition engine
Choose Business OS if
- You feel like the bottleneck in your own operations
- Knowledge walks out the door when people leave
- Your team asks you the same questions repeatedly
- Processes exist only in people's heads
- Tools have piled up without a clear strategy
- Your team can't operate without your direction
- You're growing and need structure to scale without breaking
After we hand it over.
The goal is your independence, so we build toward the handoff from day one — and stay available on your terms, never as a dependency.
You own and run it
After handoff you operate the system completely on your own, with the documentation, training, and support period to do it. No ongoing relationship is required. This is the outcome we build for and the one most clients choose.
Support if you want it
Optional quarterly strategy sessions to review performance and plan what's next, or ongoing support for questions and minor updates. Use as much or as little as you need — no minimum, cancel anytime.
On time, and in the open
We deliver on schedule. If something is going to slip, you hear it early and clearly — we don't disappear or go quiet. You always know where the project stands.
Quality we stand behind
Every deliverable meets our standard before it reaches you. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we fix it — no arguments, no surprise charges. Your satisfaction is how we measure the work.
Let's map what your system could look like.
Tell us how your business runs today — where the bottlenecks are, what's inconsistent, what still depends on you. We'll tell you honestly whether an Operating System would help and what building one would involve. No pitch, no pressure — just a clearer picture of your systems.
