Two-platform content automation pricing: any two platforms, one knowledge base.

The Two-Platform System is $750, one-time, for any two of the eight platforms on the ladder. Both draw on one knowledge base and one voice reference, and each keeps its own format, its own rules and its own way of publishing.

What the Two-Platform System costs.

Two channels that share what your business knows but need different formats and publishing rules. The price covers the single-platform foundation, a second workflow, formatting for each platform, routing between them where agreed, and testing across both.

What it covers
Any two of the eight platforms on the ladder
What they share
One knowledge base and one voice reference, built once
What each keeps
Its own format, register, publishing rules and schedule
How it is tested
Across both workflows, including the routing between them
Included
Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
After that
Optional Two-Platform Care at $400 a month, or nothing at all
One-time setup
$750, a starting price for a defined scope

A second platform costs less to add than the first did, because the knowledge foundation is already built. The step up from the Single-Platform System pays for the second workflow, its formatting and the testing. A third platform makes it the Three-Platform System at $950.

Choose any two of these eight.

Any pair counts, including a LinkedIn profile and a LinkedIn company page, which are two platforms with two voices. Open a platform to see how the system works there.

Website blog writing and website SEO are not part of this setup: each is quoted separately, and a set that includes either is scoped as a custom Content OS.

What two platforms share, and what stays separate.

A two platform content system is not one post copied twice. The system writes each piece for its own platform, from the same understanding of your business.

Shared by both

  • One knowledge base: what you know, sell and believe
  • One voice reference, checked on every draft
  • One research step, so each idea is researched once
  • One review rhythm you can keep up with

Separate for each

  • The format: a carousel, a thread, a post or a script
  • The register: professional, casual or educational
  • The route: scheduled, or posted by a person
  • The platform’s own rules on automation and promotion

That split is why the price is not double. The expensive part, writing down what your business knows and how it sounds, is done once. How one idea becomes native content for several platforms is on our multi-platform content automation page.

Pairs that work well together.

Any two of the eight are a valid pair. These are the pairs businesses ask about most, and why each one works.

The pair Why it works How each one publishes
LinkedIn profile and LinkedIn company page The founder and the company speak in two voices from one knowledge base The profile is a draft you post; the page is scheduled
LinkedIn profile and Instagram Founder posts and carousel-ready copy from the same ideas LinkedIn as a draft you review; Instagram through Publer where supported
LinkedIn profile and YouTube Post drafts beside video topics, outlines and scripts Publishing a video is not included unless it is scoped
Reddit and LinkedIn profile An answer that helps a community becomes a professional post Two drafts a person posts, each written for its own norms
Substack and X A thread carries the short version of each issue You send the issue; the thread is scheduled where supported
Medium and Substack One researched piece, adapted for two sets of readers You import it to Medium and send it from Substack

Each pair is a starting price for a defined scope, and the publishing route for each platform is confirmed before the build.

Questions about two-platform content automation pricing.

How much is the Two-Platform System?

$750, one-time, for any two of the eight platforms on the ladder. It is a starting price for a defined scope, and it includes three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered.

Can I choose any two platforms?

Yes, any two of the eight: a LinkedIn profile, a LinkedIn company page, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, Medium, Substack and X. Website blog writing and website SEO are quoted separately and are not part of this setup.

Are a LinkedIn profile and a company page two platforms?

Yes. A profile speaks as a person and a page speaks as the company, so each has its own voice and its own system. Together they are this setup.

Why does a second platform cost less than the first?

Because the knowledge base and the voice reference are built once and reused. The second platform pays for its own workflow, its formatting, the routing between the two and the testing.

Will both platforms get the same post?

No. Each platform gets content written for it: a carousel is not a thread, and a newsletter is not a LinkedIn post. The two share the idea and the research, never the wording.

Can I add a third platform later?

Yes. We scope the new workflow and quote the addition before we start. Three platforms are the Three-Platform System at $950.
