Instagram content automation pricing, for carousels people save.

An Instagram system is $500, one-time: the Single-Platform System. It turns your ideas into carousels and captions that sound like you on a relaxed day, then schedules them through Publer. Educational posts that teach, promotional posts that sell, and one prompt to start each one.

What an Instagram system costs.

Instagram is one platform, so it is the Single-Platform System. The price covers the Instagram carousel system, the caption writing in your style, and the connection to Publer for scheduling.

What it builds
Carousel templates for your brand, filled from data, and captions written in your style
How it publishes
Scheduled through Publer, once your Professional account is connected and tested
Account needed
An Instagram Professional account, Creator or Business
Included
Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
After that
Optional care from $250 a month, or nothing at all
One-time setup
$500, a starting price for a defined scope

The carousels are built on a template designed for your brand, so each new post is a new set of words rather than a new design job. A visual style beyond the agreed template is scoped in your proposal. A Publer plan is a third-party cost you pay unless the proposal says otherwise. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.

From one prompt to a scheduled carousel.

You give the system an idea in a sentence. It writes the carousel, renders the frames, writes the caption and queues the post, and you approve it before anything goes out.

  1. 01

    Your prompt

One sentence: the idea, and whether it teaches or sells
  2. 02

    The carousel

Words written to be read in seconds, drawn on your brand template
  3. 03

    The caption

Written in your style, with hashtags chosen for the topic
  4. 04

    Your approval

You read it once and change anything you want
  5. 05

    Publer

Scheduled to post at the time you chose

Before anything is exported, the build checks every frame for text that overflows its box, and for a first frame that fails to say what the account is about. A carousel that fails a check is fixed before you see it.

Captions are written the way you talk, not the way a brochure does. The system learns your phrases, your sense of humour and the words you avoid, the same way a personal LinkedIn content system learns your voice.

Casual is a register, not a lack of care.

Each platform has its own register. LinkedIn is professional, and a company page more so; a blog is detailed; Instagram can afford to relax. The system writes for the platform it is on.

Formal

Casual

  1. LinkedIn company pageMeasured and professional, speaking as the company
  2. LinkedIn profileProfessional, but in your own voice
  3. Website blogDetailed, written to explain fully
  4. InstagramRelaxed, quick, written to be saved and shared

Relaxed does not mean careless. An Instagram post still has to be right: the facts checked, the advice sound, the brand recognisable on the first frame. What changes is the length of a sentence and how much it explains.

The mix matters too. Most posts are educational, the ones people save and send to a friend, and a smaller share are promotional, about your products, your offers and your brand. You decide the balance; the system keeps to it. The full method is on our Instagram content system page.

What this looks like for a real client.

A template and a caption style are only worth paying for if the posts land with the people they are for. One client let us publish the whole record of how hers were built.

Our Instagram content case study follows a healer and relationship mentor for women through two rounds of carousels. The first round was built in her brand colours, with her captions and her name on every post, and her review said it was too complex for someone scrolling past. The second round was rebuilt from that review: one ordinary moment drawn in 3D, two short lines, and one thing to do instead.

That is how every build here runs. The template, the captions and the brief behind them are made in rounds, and your review of each round is written into the brief the next one is built from, so one note changes every post after it rather than only the post it was about.

What n8n, Zapier and Make can do on Instagram.

All three can publish to a Professional account, through the same Meta API that sets Instagram’s limits. Those limits are what the build is shaped around.

Meta’s guide to publishing on Instagram sets the rules every tool follows. A carousel holds up to 20 images or videos, all cropped to the shape of the first; JPEG is the only image format; and the files must sit on a public server when the post goes out. The guide also caps how many posts an app can publish to one account in a day, though it gives two different figures for that cap; either is far more than a business posts.

Make’s Instagram for Business app can create a photo, reel or carousel post, and can also write a comment or a reply. Zapier’s Instagram for Business app offers Publish Photo(s) and Publish Video. n8n has no Instagram node: its Facebook Graph API node can make the same calls, but each step of a post is built by hand.

So the price buys what sits around that one call: frames rendered to your template, the checks before export, the caption, and a tested route to the account. Where a post was made with AI, the same guide lets the app say so with one is_ai_generated setting. The approval before the queue stays yours, and so do the comments after the post, even though Make could reply for you.

Questions about Instagram content automation pricing.

How much does Instagram content automation cost?

$500, one-time, as the Single-Platform System. That builds a carousel template for your brand, the caption writing in your style and the Publer connection that schedules each post, while the Publer plan itself is paid to Publer. Three months of maintenance are included, then optional care from $250 a month.

How do approved posts reach Instagram?

It schedules through Publer once your account is connected, so approved posts go out at the times you choose. Instagram’s publishing API works only for Professional accounts, Creator or Business, so a personal account has to be switched first.

Will the carousels look like my brand?

Yes. We design a template around your brand before the first post, and every carousel is rendered from it. A new visual style beyond that template is scoped in the proposal, because it is new design work.

Can it write captions that sound like me?

That is the point of the caption step. The system learns how you talk, from your past captions and a conversation with you, and writes in that style rather than in a generic marketing voice.

Educational or promotional posts?

Both. Most posts teach something, because those are the ones people save and share. Promotional posts about your brand and offers run alongside them, in the balance you choose.

Do I pay for Publer separately?

Yes. Publer is a third-party tool with its own plans, and you pay it directly unless your proposal says otherwise. We set up the connection and test the post formats you plan to use.
