Booking sends the name, email and timezone you enter to Calendly, who run our scheduling — and to us, so we can prepare for the call. What Calendly does with it is in their privacy notice.
After you book.
You pick a time
Choose a slot in the calendar at the top of this page and tell us about your business in the booking form — that's your name, your context, and anyone else you'd like on the call. The invite lands in your inbox immediately, with the details already attached. Nothing to chase, no back-and-forth to arrange it.
We do our homework
Before the call we read what you've told us and look at how your business presents itself today. A person, not an autoresponder. You'll never spend the first fifteen minutes explaining what we could have found ourselves.
We have the conversation
One hour, no slides. We learn how your business works, you learn how we think, and we both decide whether there's something worth building. If it isn't a fit, we say so on the call and point you somewhere more useful.
If it fits, we send a proposal
A clear plan with the system design, the timeline, and the outcomes you can expect. You review it at your own pace — no pressure to decide on the call.

A good fit
Founder-led businesses, agencies, and creators with genuine expertise and teams of roughly 1–50 people — ready to move from effort to systems and to commit to building one properly.
Not a fit
If you want a quick template, a one-off piece of content, or a tool subscription without the system design around it, we're probably not the right people — and we'll say so plainly.
