This site is the finished thinking. Social is the working draft — the half-formed observations, the client patterns we keep running into, the systems we're building in the open. If you want to know what we're actually like to work with, read us there first. No pitch required.
Where we publish.
Eight accounts, and they don't all belong to the same person. Two are Shreyas's own, in his own name; six are the company's. Worth knowing which is which before you read either.
We'd rather be read than believed.
Anyone can claim they're good at building systems. A website is the easiest place in the world to sound credible, because nobody argues back. So we publish where the work is visible and the thinking is dated — where you can scroll back and see whether we were saying the same thing a year ago.
That's the whole reason this page exists. Not to collect followers, but to give you a way to check us out quietly, on your own time, before you spend an hour on a call. Read a few posts. If the way we think about your problem sounds right, you'll know. If it doesn't, you've saved yourself a conversation.
The same rule applies here as everywhere else we write: we publish what we've actually built and what we've actually learned. No recycled advice, no borrowed frameworks. If we haven't done it, we don't post about it.
