Website SEO automation pricing, for the whole site, not only the blog.
The website SEO package is quoted separately, after a short discovery call, because a small site and a large one are different jobs. It covers everything a site needs to be found: technical SEO, on-page SEO, the keywords you rank for and miss, and your competitors. Then it builds the checks that keep it that way.
How the website SEO package is priced.
Website SEO is quoted separately, and the reason is honest: a small site on a clean CMS is one job, and a large site with years of history is another. It is not one of the setups on the ladder.
- What it builds
- An audit, a fix plan and automated checks that run whenever the site changes
- What it covers
- Technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword gaps and competitor research
- What sets the price
- The size of the site, its CMS and how much needs fixing
- Included
- Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
- Setup price
- Quoted separately, in writing, after a short discovery call
It is not the $500 Single-Platform System. You get a written quote after a short discovery call, before any work starts, and it says exactly what is in scope. Website SEO combined with LinkedIn, Instagram or any other platform is scoped as a custom Content OS, so the site and the platforms are planned as one system. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.
What the package does, all of it.
The package runs two pieces of work side by side, the site’s technical health and its position in search, and joins them into one plan of fixes, ordered by what each is worth.
Crawl Every page fetched the way a search engine sees it
Technical Speed, indexing, sitemaps, schema and broken links
On-page Titles, headings, descriptions and internal links, page by page
Your rankings The keywords you already rank for, and where
Your gaps Searches your buyers make where you do not appear
Competitors What ranks above you, and what it does better
One fix plan, ordered by value, and checks that run every time the site changes
The first branch finds the technical reasons a good page might fail. The second finds where the opportunity is. Neither is much use alone: a fast site that ranks for the wrong words is still invisible to buyers.
Then the system keeps it that way. The fixes are made, and the checks behind them run whenever the site changes, so a broken link or a missing description is caught before publication instead of months later. The full method is on our website SEO automation page.
What the checks can reach, and what they cannot.
The checks that keep a site in shape read Google’s own data, inside limits Google publishes. They report; the fixes are still made in the site.
The Search Console API limits allow 2,000 URL inspections a day for each site, at up to 600 a minute. That is enough to check the index status of every page on most small sites each day; a larger site is checked in turns.
Make’s Google Search Console app can list, submit and delete sitemaps and inspect a URL. n8n has no Search Console node among the 311 app-node pages in its documentation, so it reaches the API through its HTTP Request node, and we found no Search Console app on Zapier. Whichever tool asks, the API answers with index status and search data and changes nothing on the site.
Where your keywords actually stand.
The keyword research sorts every search that matters into four groups. The one worth the most work is usually the one nobody is looking at.
You rank, and buyers look
You rank, but no one buys
Buyers look, you are absent
Leave these alone
Across: how much the search matters to buyers
Up: how well the site ranks for it today
A ranking that brings no buyers looks good in a report and pays for nothing. The searches your buyers make where you are absent are the real opportunity, and the competitor research shows what it would take to appear there.
Nobody can promise a ranking, and we never do. Google’s own page on whether you need an SEO says it plainly: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” What the package controls is everything on your side of the line: a technically sound site, pages that answer the right searches, and a clear view of the competition.
Website SEO or the website blog?
They work differently, and the difference decides which one you need. The blog system writes articles. The SEO package works on the whole website.
The website blog system
- Writes new articles from your focus keywords
- Researches the market gap behind each post
- Leaves existing pages and the site’s code alone
- Quoted on the research and the number of articles
The website SEO package
- Fixes the pages you already have, and the site underneath
- Researches your rankings, your gaps and your competitors
- Covers technical SEO, on-page SEO and internal links
- Quoted on the size of the site and its CMS
Many businesses need both, in that order: the SEO package makes the site sound, and the blog system then fills it with articles worth finding. The blog is priced on its own page, website blog pricing.
Questions about website SEO automation pricing.
How much does website SEO automation cost?
It is quoted separately, after a short discovery call, because the work depends on the size of the site, its CMS and how much needs fixing. It is not the $500 Single-Platform System. Combined with other platforms, it is scoped as a custom Content OS, from $1,500. You get the quote before any work starts.
What does the website SEO package include?
Technical SEO, on-page SEO, research into the keywords you rank for and the ones you miss, and a study of what your competitors do. Then the fixes, and automated checks that keep the site sound as it changes.
How is it different from the blog system?
The blog system writes new articles. The SEO package works on the whole site, including the pages you already have and the technical layer underneath them.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No, and nobody honestly can. Search engines decide rankings. We control the work on your side: a technically sound site, pages matched to real searches, and clear competitor research.
What do you need from us?
Access to the website and its CMS, and to Google Search Console if you have it. Search Console is where the site’s real search data lives, so it shapes the whole plan.
Why is website SEO quoted separately?
Because two websites are rarely the same job. A small, clean site needs far less research and fixing than a large site with years of history, so the number comes from your site, in writing, before we begin.
