Some things are easier said than written.

So we started a channel. The same arguments as the blog, about the same content systems we build in Claude Code and n8n, spoken by the person who builds them rather than written up afterwards. Two videos so far — this is where all of them live.

What is Paper Eagle AI & What it does

Published September 2026 · 3 min 35 sec

Three and a half minutes on what Paper Eagle AI is and what it builds, in the plainest terms we have. We automate the work around your content — the research, the script and the publishing — for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, Medium and the blog on your own site.

The video walks through two parts of that system. The first is research: instead of searching every platform for what’s trending in your niche, or hiring someone to do it, you get an email each morning and read it like a newspaper. The second is the script, written the way you already speak, so someone who knows you can tell it’s yours.

That second part is the real promise. Consistency alone isn’t enough; it has to be consistency in your brand voice, repeated until your audience remembers you for it. Everything such a system is made of is on the content automation page, and one voice held across a whole feed is written up in the LinkedIn Ecosystem case study.

The player loads from YouTube only when you press play, so nothing is requested from Google until you ask for it. Watch it on YouTube instead.

What do we believe in Paper Eagle AI

Published August 2026 · 6 min 7 sec

Six minutes on the belief the whole company runs on: most businesses don’t have a talent problem, they have a system problem. The written version is Why systems beat effort every time.

What we plan to film next

The channel is two videos old, so this is still more of a plan than a back catalogue.

Some of this work doesn’t survive being written down. A workflow in n8n is a picture; an agent working through a task in Claude Code is a thing you watch happen. That is what we intend to film — the parts where showing beats explaining. The arguments, the frameworks and the honest costs stay in the blog, where they can be searched, quoted and linked, and the full write-up of a finished system is on the case studies page.

We publish when there’s something worth saying, not to a posting schedule — which is a slightly awkward thing for a content automation company to admit, so we’ll say it plainly rather than pretend otherwise. A system makes consistency possible. It doesn’t make an empty thought worth publishing.

If you’d rather read first, the Knowledge Hub is the map of everything we teach, and Socials lists every channel we publish on, and who owns which.
