Blog content automation pricing, for articles worth searching for.
Blog writing is quoted separately, after a short discovery call, because the price follows the research each article needs. The blog writing system researches the keywords you want to be found for and the gaps in your market, then drafts detailed articles in your voice for you to approve. It writes the blog. The rest of your site’s SEO is a separate package.
How blog writing is priced.
Website blog writing is quoted separately. It is not one of the setups on the ladder, because the work grows with the research each article needs, how many articles you want and how your site publishes them.
- What it builds
- A research and drafting workflow that turns a keyword into a detailed article
- Each article has
- Research, an outline, the draft, a title, a description and on-page checks
- How it publishes
- You approve the article; publishing follows the CMS workflow agreed in scope
- What sets the price
- The research depth, the number and length of articles, and your CMS
- Included
- Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
- Setup price
- Quoted separately, in writing, after a short discovery call
It is not the $500 Single-Platform System. You get the number in writing after a short discovery call, before any work starts, and the proposal says exactly how many articles and how much research it covers. Paired with other platforms, blog writing is scoped as a custom Content OS, so the website and the platforms are planned as one system.
The blog system writes articles. It does not audit or change the rest of your website: technical SEO, fixes across existing pages, rank tracking and competitor research belong to the website SEO package, which is quoted separately too. Every tier is on the content automation pricing page.
Research first: where your market has a gap.
The research is what separates a blog that ranks for something from a blog that only adds pages. Before a topic is chosen, the system works down from everything your business offers to the one gap a post can own.
The gap you own
A question buyers ask that nobody answers well yet
Your focus keywords
The searches you want the business to be found for
Your niche
The industry, the buyers and the problems you specialise in
What you sell
Every product and service the blog ultimately supports
Deep research means reading what already ranks for a keyword and noticing what it leaves out: the question it skips, the example it lacks, the buyer it ignores. That gap becomes the post’s reason to exist.
Each article is then planned against your focus keywords, so one post targets one question and two posts never compete for the same search. The method behind it is on our SEO content automation page.
Detailed by design, and better every round.
Of all the platforms, a blog is where the writing has to be most detailed. A search reader arrives with a specific question and leaves the moment the page does not answer it.
Research
Keywords, the pages that rank, and the gap in your market
Brief
One question, one keyword, the outline and the sources
Draft
A detailed article in your voice, with its title and description
Approve
You read it, correct it and approve it for publishing
The draft arrives detailed: a direct answer at the top of each section, the examples a reader needs, and the basics a search page needs, from the title length to the description. You read it and decide.
Because every brief records which question it answered, the system knows what the blog already covers. The next article goes after a gap that is still open instead of repeating one that is closed. How an article is structured is on our SEO content writing page.
Why the price follows the research.
Google does not penalise an article for being written with AI. It penalises pages made in bulk that add nothing, and that rule is why this system is quoted by the research it does.
Google’s guidance on generative AI content says AI “can be particularly useful when researching a topic, and to add structure to original content”, and that “using generative AI tools or other similar tools to generate many pages without adding value for users may violate Google’s spam policy on scaled content abuse”. Its spam policies say what follows for a site that does: it “may rank lower in results or not appear in results at all”.
So the quote is built from the research each article needs, not only from a count of articles: reading what already ranks, finding the gap a post can own, and checking every fact. The same guidance gives the reason for that last step, reminding writers that generative models “don’t retrieve facts, but predict a likely sequence of words”.
Publishing is the easy part. On WordPress, n8n’s WordPress node can create and update posts and pages, Zapier’s WordPress app has Create Post, Update Post and Upload Media, and Make’s WordPress app creates, updates and deletes posts, media, categories and tags. Any of them can place an approved article in the CMS. None can tell whether the article adds anything, so the approval stays with you.
Questions about blog content automation pricing.
How much does blog content automation cost?
It is quoted separately, after a short discovery call, because the price depends on the research each article needs, how many articles you want and how your site publishes them. It is not the $500 Single-Platform System. Three months of maintenance are included.
What is the difference between the blog system and the website SEO package?
The blog system writes articles from your focus keywords and the gaps in your market. The website SEO package covers the whole site: technical SEO, on-page fixes, the keywords you rank for and miss, and what competitors are doing.
Does it publish to my website?
You approve every article first. Final publishing follows the CMS workflow agreed in your scope, which can be a draft placed in your CMS or a file handed to whoever runs the site.
Will the articles rank?
Nobody can promise a ranking; search engines decide. What the system controls is the work that makes ranking possible: research into real questions, one keyword per article, detailed answers and clean on-page basics.
How detailed are the articles?
Detailed enough to answer the question completely. A blog article is the most detailed thing the system writes, because a search reader arrives with a specific problem and needs the whole answer.
Can the blog feed my other platforms?
Yes. One researched article can become a LinkedIn post, a carousel or a newsletter issue. A blog combined with other platforms is scoped as a custom Content OS, from $1,500, so the website work and the platforms are quoted together.
