Four-platform content automation pricing: four channels, one system.
The Four-Platform System is $1,150, one-time, for any four of the eight platforms on the ladder. It is a compact four channel content system, not a content department: each platform has a clearly bounded output, and the four publishing routes are tested together.
What the Four-Platform System costs.
It is the top of the ladder before a custom build. The core knowledge and research are reused across all four platforms, and each one gets a clearly bounded output.
- What it covers
- Any four of the eight platforms on the ladder
- What it reuses
- One knowledge base, one voice reference and one research step
- What each gets
- One clearly bounded output, in its own format and register
- How it is tested
- All four publishing routes together, before handover
- Included
- Three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered
- After that
- Optional Four-Platform Care at $650 a month, or nothing at all
- One-time setup
- $1,150, a starting price for a defined scope
It is a starting price for a tightly scoped system. If one of the four needs significant custom development, specialised data collection, complex publishing, advanced analytics or substantial visual production, that platform is quoted separately, or the project becomes a custom Content OS from $1,500.
Choose any four of these eight.
Four platforms usually means a mix of publishing routes: some scheduled, some posted by a person. Each card says which route that platform takes, and opens its own page.
Four bounded outputs from one knowledge base.

What keeps four platforms manageable.
Four platforms can turn into a content department by accident. These are the rules that stop it, and the things that move a project to a custom build.
One bounded output per platform
The same size and shape every week, so review stays quick
One shared research step
Each idea is researched once and used four ways
Mixed publishing, tested together
Scheduled where supported, drafted for a person where not
Visual production
Carousel templates are included; thumbnails and new designs are scoped
Advanced analytics or dashboards
Measurement built for your team is part of a custom build
Website SEO or blog writing
Quoted separately, and with other platforms, a custom build
The aim is a system one person can review in a sitting, not a queue that needs a team to clear it. If your four platforms need more than that, the honest answer is a custom scope, and we say so before any proposal.
What a week with four platforms can look like.
This is one possible rhythm, not a fixed schedule. Your proposal sets the real one, around how often you want to review.
Monday
Capture
You drop in an idea, a call note or a recording
Tuesday
Research and brief
The system researches once and writes one brief for all four
Wednesday
Four drafts
Each platform’s piece arrives in its own format
Thursday
Your review
You approve or correct all four in one sitting
Friday
Publish and schedule
Scheduled where supported; posted by a person where not
What keeps the week short is that each platform’s output stays bounded, so the review takes the same time every week. How to tell whether a system is working is in how to measure a content system.
Questions about four-platform content automation pricing.
How much is the Four-Platform System?
$1,150, one-time, for any four of the eight platforms on the ladder. It is a starting price for a tightly scoped system, and it includes three months of maintenance for defects in what we delivered.
Can I choose any four platforms?
Yes, any four of the eight. Website blog writing and website SEO are quoted separately, so a set that includes either is scoped as a custom Content OS.
Is it a full content department?
No. It is a compact system with one bounded output per platform. Recurring content production, editing and reporting are a different service, priced by volume and never folded into the setup.
What if one of my platforms needs more work?
Then that platform is quoted separately, or the project becomes a custom Content OS from $1,500. Significant custom development, specialised data collection, complex publishing, advanced analytics and substantial visual production are the usual reasons.
How are four publishing routes handled?
Each platform keeps the route that suits it: Instagram and X through Publer where supported, a company page through LinkedIn’s own scheduler, and a LinkedIn profile or Reddit as a draft a person posts. All four are tested together before handover.
What does care cost after the three months?
It is optional. Four-Platform Care is $650 a month, with agreed monitoring and minor fixes for the four workflows. The system keeps working without it.
